Étape très plate aujourd'hui. Pour la première partie j'opte pour la route; le GR ajoute de nouveau plusieurs km et les autres proposent 17 km sans point d'eau ni maison... Après une pause-café à Richebourg je prends le GR plusieurs km dans la forêt, parallèle à la route, puis je rejoins la route quand le GR commence ses détours... un bon compromis.
Au gîte ce soir, nous sommes sept pèlerins! Un jeune couple français (Margot + Matthieu), une jeune Américaine (Devon), un couple de retraités hollandais, un jeune Allemand (Seyfi) et moi. Comme sur le Camino de Santiago!
Après une halte nécessaire pour moi à la pharmacie (qui indique 31°), Devon + moi mangeons à La Belle Époque, resto local tenu par un couple... anglais!

Very flat stage today. I opt for the road, for the first part of the day; the GR again adds several more km, and the others propose 17 km with nowhere to get water, not even a house... After the coffee break in Richebourg, I follow the GR for several km in the forest, parallel to the road, then I switch to the road when the GR start its detours... a good compromise.
In the pilgrim hostel this evening there are seven of us! A young French couple (Margot + Matthieu), a young American (Devon), a retired couple from Hollande, a young German (Seyfi) and me.. Like on the Camino de Santiago!
After a necessary stop for me at the pharmacy (whose sign indicated 31° C = 88°F), Devon and I have dinner at La Belle Époque, local restaurant run by ... an English couple!
