Cet homme, client au kiosque près du Ponte Coperto lorsque j'ai voulu acheter un écusson à coudre sur mon sac à dos, s'est proposé pour m'aider à en trouver un... Ingenieur à la retraite, il est devenu mon guide improvisé pour visiter le centre de Pavie, m'offrant même le café et une pâtisserie!
Quant aux écussons, apparemment ils n'en vendent plus depuis des années...
This gentleman, customer at the kiosque near the Ponte Coperto where I tried to buy a souvenir patch from Pavia to sew on my pack, he offered to accompany me to try and find one... A retired engineer, he became my improvised guide to visit the city center, even offering me an espresso and a pastry!
As for the patch, apparently it's been years since they sold any here...
