Jour 26 / Day 26 : Rheinau – Schaffhausen 15 km

 L’accueil à l’auberge de jeunesse de Schaffhouse a été très sympa grâce à Déborah, jeune Française à la réception. 

We had a very friendly welcome at the youth hostel in Schaffhausen, thanks to Deborah, a young French gal at the reception. 

Train + bus pour retourner à Rheinau, d’où nous partons de la Klosterkirche en suivant le sentier sur la rive gauche du Rhin – un détour pour éviter de passer en Allemagne, ce qui aurait été le chemin le plus direct pour Schaffhouse… Il faut donc se méfier des balises, qui indiquent le chemin « normal » !

Train + bus back to Rheinau, where we set off from the Klosterkirche, following a trail along the left bank of the Rhine – a detour to avoid passing through Germany, which would have been the most direct route to Schaffhausen...  So we have to be careful with the trail markers, which indicate the “normal” route!
