Piste cyclable / Bike path

 On sera obligés de prendre une piste cyclable à la place, mais au moins ce sera plus direct, donc plus court.

We’ll have to take a bike path instead, but at least it’s more direct, so shorter.

Ceci dit, parfois on va devoir marcher carrément sur la route.

That being said, sometimes we’ll have to walk directly on the highway.
