Une étape sous un ciel souvent couvert mais sans pluie. Petites montées et descentes mais assez plat en général.
On profite de la pharmacie et du supermarché à La Côte-St-André, puis on mange notre pique-nique à Ornacieux, près de la bibliothèque. Arrive la bibliothécaire, Marie-Christine, qui fait aussi l'accueil jacquaire. Elle nous offre le café chez elle et un chouette moment de partage... où on dècouvre qu'elle est aussi invitée à boire l'apéro ce soir chez Nadine, à Faramans, où nous allons passer la nuit!
On se retrouve alors plus tard, après avoir profité de la piscine de Nadine -- rare luxe sur le Chemin! -- et en compagnie de Margot, la fille de Nadine, et d'un couple de pèlerins autrichiens en route pour Compostelle, Bettina et Klaus.
La soirée se termine tard, suite à un très beau moment de partage avec Margot et Nadine.
A day of hiking often under cloudy skies but without rain. Short climbs and descents but in general mainly flat.
In La Côte-St-André, we take advantage to visit the pharmacy and a supermarket, then hike on to Ornacieux, where we picnic near the library. The librarian arrives and greets us; her name is Marie-Christine and she hosts pilgrims in her home. She invites us for coffee in her garden, and a nice time of sharing our experiences... and we discover that she is also invited this evening for the aperitif at the house where we will be staying, at Nadine's, in Faramans!
So we meet again later, after enjoying a rare luxury on the Camino: Nadine's swimming pool! We enjoy a lovely dinner with Nadine and her daughter Margot, Marie-Christine, and an Austrian couple walking all the way to Santiago, Bettina and Klaus.
The evening finishes late, after a wonderful time of sharing with Margot and Nadine.
