Chemins parfois boueux aujourd'hui, après les fortes pluies d'hier soir.
Une chouette rencontre a La Motte, avec un couple retraité qui nous offre un lieu pour la pause, avec le café et du lait chaud, plus un moment de partage sur leurs expériences avec les pèlerins qui passent…
Rencontre aussi avec 3 autres pèlerins, tous 3 en route pour Le Puy : Vincent, jeune Fribourgeois qui sera au même gite que nous ce soir, puis un couple autrichien qui ira probablement un peu plus vite que nous...
Le gîte est très bien, le soleil et un petit vent rendent les conditions de séchage optimales pour la lessive. Et le repas du soir est délicieux ! L'ambiance est au top!
The trails are often muddy today, following last night's heavy rain.
Nice encounter in La Motte, where an older couple offers us not only table and chairs for our break, but also coffee and warm milk, plus a moment sharing their experiences with passing pilgrims…
Encounter also with 3 « new » pilgrims, all on their way to Le Puy : Vincent, a young man from Fribourg, who is staying in the same gîte with us tonight, and an Austrian couple who will probably be hiking faster than the rest of us…
The gîte is very good ; the radiant sun and a nice breeze make drying conditions excellent for our laundry. And the evening meal is delicious !
