Henri Arnaud a fini sa vie ici, juste au-dessus de
Mühlacker, comme pasteur de la communauté vaudoise, en 1721, après avoir mené
la « Glorieuse Rentrée » de 1689 de la Suisse aux vallées vaudois du
Piémont, puis de nouveau mené en exil quelques 3000 vaudois vers une nouvelle
patrie dans la Hesse et le Wurtemberg en 1699.
Henri Arnaud finished his life here, just
above Mühlacker, as pastor of the Waldensian community, in 1721, after having
led the “Glorious Return” in 1689, from Switzerland to the Piedmont valleys, and
then led a new exile of 3000 Waldensians to a new home in Hesse and Wurtemberg
in 1699.
